No other honey in North America can compare to the light, sweet honey produced from the tupelo. This honey is one of the most sought after in the world and as soon as you try it you will see why. There is no other way to describe it except as the “champagne of honey varieties.”

There is a reason Van Morrison wrote a song about this honey. There is a reason Peter Fonda made a movie about this honey. But still, it is difficult to describe. It is something you will just have to experience for yourself.
