Hardcore Carnivore: Meatchelada

In collaboration with the legendary beer Lone Star, this is a rub inspired by the tangy zing of Texas beer salts. Meatchelada is a zesty, earthy chili lime blend, made with premium chile powders and real lime juice. It’s amazing on on taco meat, fajitas, raw oysters, guacamole, chicken wings, the rim of your margarita glass and of course: dressing the neck of your beer.
